Choosing the Best Promotional Products Supplier

Tuesday, October 4th, 2011

Marketing is a very important part of any business. If you just sit there in the office and do not go out of your way to bring in the customers, then you will not last very long. That is why you have to get on your feet and do the right thing. Find the right promotional products supplier to help you come up with the best promo materials for your business.

There are 5 things that you should be looking for when you are choosing the best promotional products supplier who can be of great help to your marketing campaign and these are:

1. Someone who deeply analyzes your needs and gives you advice on the best product or approach as well as explains to you all about the printing process for your promo items. This will help you further understand the products that you are buying and not make you feel like you are just selecting items from a store and merely having your brand name and logo printed on each one.

2. Someone who is available 24 hours and 7 days a week to answer all of your questions and willingly and helpfully answers them all. It is always a great thing when all of your doubts and questions are cleared satisfactorily. You know exactly that you are getting the right services and products because everything is being made clear to you.

3. Someone who never misses a deadline. That is certainly something that you should be looking for especially if your own marketing campaign has a deadline. You want to get your promotional products in time so you can distribute them exactly when your business would profit the most from it.

4. Someone who has the years of experience in the business. Get a printer or a supplier who has been around for quite some time and who has the experience helping various businesses with their promotional marketing items needs.

5. Someone who has a clear 7 point quality control process. Your supplier must always be alert of the quality of its service and products starting from the moment they accepted your order, to the printing or the manufacturing process, and all the way up to the packing and the delivery of the items right to your doorstep. And get someone who keeps you updated regarding the status of your order.

Easy Online Shopping

Wednesday, May 19th, 2010

Online shopping is quick and easy. You surf, you look about, and often with a few clicks of your mouse you can purchase what you have been
looking for. It doesn’t replace shopping in real life though. Here are some factors that make shopping in the real world a better idea:

You can’t try anything on online. No matter how cute it looks on the website, you have no idea how it is going to look once it is in your house and on your person.

Even if you look at lots of pictures of the thing, or see it in videos, you don’t get a really good idea of what it is going to look like in person. The texture of the thing, the weight of fabric and so on, are all things you have to experience in person. You have to wait for your item. Sure, when you buy online there’s often a free or inexpensive shipping option. It’s rarely a fast option though.

Unless you want to wait five business days or longer to get your purchase, you’re better off shopping in a store.Five business days is actually pretty long. If you order on a Wednesday, then you will be waiting often until the following Wednesday or so to get your item, because the order may not go in until the next day, and then Saturday and Sunday don’t count. Contrast this with paying for your order in a store and then walking out with it in hand and bringing it home with you.

This is the major advantage to shopping in person. It may be more of a hassle to go out shopping than it is to surf and click at home, but the
inconvenience is outweighed by bringing your purchase home that same day.

The pain of returns. When you buy online, you are taking a gamble. If you turn out to not like your new purchase and you want to send it back, it can be a real pain.

Often you have to get a return number to be able to send it back. You’ll have to call the company to get this number. Then you need to repackage the item for shipping. If the original package is damaged this is even harder – and if it was originally shipped in pieces and you assembled it, this can mean you will now have to take it back apart. Big, bulky items are also very tricky – and expensive – to package and ship.

Then you have to get your package to a post office or FedEx, or arrange for it to be picked up by a shipper. Either way, this is going to burn more of your time.
